benefits vs features

People dont care what something does, they are only interested how it will benefit them.

If you come with how this concept will help him make more sales, get an advantage over other agents, and it has to be short and fast to implement (they have an attention span of a fly - type of market they are in)

Focus on what they want, abd show them what you have will help
