Working through- getting things done

Waking up today sick with Migraine (anybody who has had one knows what its like) made me think of the process of getting things done- its a matter of small consistent steps, every day. Now and then I miss one day (and you can to) but commit to yourself, to only missing one day. It like having a "down day" - a day when you attitude is less than perfect everyone has one, but dont have a down week- you lose momentum and get frustrated that things are not happening fast enough, which makes you quit of move on to something else, and have it happen again.
