Always Interesting

Its always interesting to see new staff as them come into a business. I got to show around a new person today, and as always you have to look at cultural differences and personality differences. The company I am working with is big on the right fit- the right mindset rather than anything else -skills can be taught..... attitude cannot....well its possible but really hard work....
