The life of a "worker"

The life of a worker or an employee is one of (in most cases) reliable income, providing you are good at you job, or at least want to be. It can take time learn and become good at your trade. If you want to take the step of self employment, which is really a JOB for you (no boss) the risk is higher, especially needing reliable income to keep going and grow and also the skills you don't have.

Also this is the hardest way to go as you are most likely, doing everything yourself, with a financial and security risk on your shoulders.

Other processes like partnership, have a very low rate of success due to a falling out between the partners- the right partnership can go far, the wrong one can  suck you down. Most businesses don't have cash flow to allow for the problems which appear, which then scares them, and then they make wrong choices based on fear. Something to think about.
