Time and use of time

An interesting comment was made by our CEO - - "If I havent seen you you at work early or on Saturday, that your you are not out of time" - For most of us who enjoy our work- not a problem, but the "sorry I cant do that- I too busy" -"build a  bridge and get over it! - I can really see we some people don't progress or stay in any position for long.
