Headspace

A rough nights sleep -thinking that the sky was falling, and everything is not working out has brought me back to one thought. What you think is really important- a lot of motivational speakers talk about this- but the most important point is to constantly build your belief and take massive action- small action- small results - large doubt.


You do need to realise that you will have doubts and when they come up look back at real facts times when you have achieved thing even small things, and then get together with lots of focused action, which then keeps you so busy (on the the right thing) that you don't allow the doubt to get in.
